Our Standard Agency Service is anything but standard! A combination of what you would expect from a traditional estate agent service, but with lots of convenient modern extras on top.

Sales Fees

Very few estate agencies publish their sales fees, however at Weardale Property Agency we believe in complete transparency. All potential clients have access to this key information before booking their property valuation.

Not all estate agencies provide the same service, and although you will be able to find cheaper, you won’t be able to find better quality and service.

  • Our fees are all inclusive. We don’t charge additional fees for access to a higher level service package, all of our clients receive the highest level of service as standard! We believe in going the extra mile for our clients, and quite simply, in providing a level of service which we would like to receive ourselves.
  • All property viewings are conducted by one of our full-time members of the team* who take the time to get to know you and your property. This allows us to answer 99% of questions about your property from prospective purchasers during viewings.
  • Quality of photography is critical to present your property as well as it possibly can be. We don’t use mobile phones or standard digital cameras, we use the best equipment available to produce market leading images for all of our properties. We regularly receive fantastic feedback from both clients and property viewers on our images being the best they’ve seen.
  • All properties have the option to have a fully interactive 360 degree virtual tour, this is included as standard. This is NOT a walk through filmed on a mobile phone, we use the latest immersive virtual tour technology, check out an example of our tours here.
  • The fees listed below were last updated in April 2024, and are locked in until March 2025 at which point they will be reviewed.
  • All fees listed below work on a no sale, no fee basis, meaning you don’t pay anything if your property doesn’t sell.
  • Price caps have been put in place at each property value bracket to ensure you never pay more than you would at the lowest point in the next bracket
  • All fees include VAT where applicable.
  • Following valuation if you decided not to list straight away, fees quoted at valuation will be honoured for up to 6 months and would not be subject to any price increases during that time.
  • Once you have signed a contract instructing us to market your property, the fees are locked in and would not be subject to any price increases. However, if your property doesn’t sell, you have nothing to pay.

    *A small number of our clients prefer to host viewings themselves, if that’s your preference as the homeowner then we respect that, it’s your decision.

    **The Price Cap is the maximum fee you could pay in that property value bracket, this cap ensures you never pay more than you would at the lowest point in the next bracket.
