We’re not your typical estate agency, we’re not a national chain, and we don’t have branches across the North East. Weardale Property Agency is a local, modern, and forward thinking agency, established to provide a superior level of client experience.

The agency is run by Dan Small, Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents, who brought a wealth of senior management experience from other business sectors. Dan understands what good customer service looks like, and knows how hard it can be to find. The estate agency sector as a whole in the UK has a poor reputation for service and transparency, so Weardale Property was established to do things differently. Built on foundations of trust, transparency and care, we can confidently say we provide a level of service to our clients which is very different to the industry norm.

Having lived in Weardale for 13 years, we have gained a wealth of local knowledge, which, when combined with the drive to think outside the box, positions the agency perfectly to provide a truly local and personal service of the highest standard.

The office is based on Angate Street in Wolsingham, next door to Peggottys.
